been ttc for about a year

Hello everyone been ttc for about a year now and im currently 10dpo and 5 days until af my cycles have been normal for the past year or so since getting the implinon bar out in late 2011 and have had a slight temp dip past two days is that good or bad? and ive had thick white cm and now its dry today and have had a sore lower back cramps on my left lower abdorman for past 5-6 days and headaches is that pms or sign of pregnancy??
