Being paranoid?

Is it just me or is anyone else getting quite paranoid? I keep thinking people are avoiding me or just do not like me anymore. I don't think anyone has actually done anything to make me feel this way... think my mind if just on overtime. I am even like it on here.... feel like I am going a little insane

lol dont worry your not going insane, pregnancy hormones affect us differently, and if you like me and alone during the day, i kinda miss the company and get lonely and think to much, then when partner comes home i chat his ear of lol, i must admit i do feel more sensetive lately if thats what you mean, like his mum commented on the size of my hospital bag joking if its big enough, and i rly got so upset and didnt understand what she meant by it, if parner doesnt give me a kiss and hug good night i start to think he gone of me and get upsett, its silly rly cos i know he loves me very much, it is just the hormones, and the anxious feeling that your baby is almost here, just try to ignore it and replace it with positive thoughts.

Yeah that makes sense!! And I am like that with a silly comment made... I then think about it too much, well what did they mean by that etc! Ooooh I annoy myself haha x

Yeah I was like that towards the end of my pregnancy and tbh it has never really gone away. OH's family can say anything to me & I can turn it into an insult, i keep convincing myself they all hate me even though I know they don't really! I always feel like they're watching me like a hawk with liam to see if I do something wrong! I put that down to tiredness at the minute though. X
