Just wondering if anyone has had to do this. I currently live in London with OH, temporarily with my parents (which is driving us all mad), and am registered and have been seeing my local GP and hospital maternity unit.
We're planning on moving to Suffolk (where our house is) but OH has struggled to find a job to move to as yet.
Ideally, OH will hand in his notice early Jan and then we can move up together, ready to have the baby mid Feb (or thereabouts!) in Suffolk.
My GP said today that I could register at both hospitals, just in case we're not in Suffolk (if bubs comes early or something). Our other option is to stay here, have the baby here and then pretty much move up the same day (no furniture or anything, just some clothes).
Has anyone else had to register at two hospitals? Is it do-able?
Living here with a new baby and my parents is seriously not an option.
How would you plan it, as much as it can be planned?
