i have the mam bottles but theyre far too awkward to put together using the tongs so i was thinking of getting some new ones, but i want BPA free ones, what do u think is the best BPA free, breast like bottle? i have a breastflow one, which is meant to be the most boob-like, but im not sure its BPA free

thanks

Breastflow is BPA free, make sure you get the ones from Mothercare though, as the ones from Amazon are not (I think they're using up old stock). It's the only one my little man will take, I tried him with the CTN ones which are also BPA free now but he wouldn't have any of it! x

I have tommee tippee closer to nature, its supposed to be like the breast and its BPA free, it says on the box also make sure u get the BPA free teats as i made the mistake of buying the normal teats thinking they would be BPA free x

thanks hun, i have some of those too, but they just dont look like a boobie, i know none of them do lol, maybe i am setting myself up for failiure here lol

i thought the clear plastic ones had BPA in?

If the measurement print on the bottle is silver/grey and the First Years logos are silvery then its got BPA in, if the measurement print is light green and the logos are blue then its BPA free. That's on the 5oz bottles, not sure if its the same on the 9oz x

i dont use tongs to put mine together, just make sure my hands are disinfected before! i use the mam ones they're the only ones katie will take.

have you got the ultivent ones? you can get them without the ultivent bit, so they dont have the silly fiddly bits!

have just checked my breastflow bottle and its not BPA free :( think i might just go to mothercare and get a new one

thanks girlies
