we just started TTC. I have been taking Innate Response prenatal vitamins + probiotic + fish oil. Wondering what everyone else is taking, whats best/recommended.
Rainbow Light Prenatal One: Pros - probiotic is included as an ingredient, great value, relatively easy on the stomach, 1 pill per day; Cons - rather large/hard to swallow.
Calamega DHA+: I love this one. It uses DHA from squid and has a nice lemon flavor.
