Ok, so after much wimping out im going to start on my rasperry leaf tea. But how on earth are you supposed to make it?? - Just like a normal cuppa or leave to brew for ages? Do you add anything to it? And how many cups do you have??

(I also have tablets incase i cant drink the tea, how many of those should you take if the tea makes me heave??)

I made a large batch, or enough for one day, and added flavored green tea, like lemon or peppermint. Then I just drank it warm in the morning, kept the rest in the fridge and added ice when I drank it for the rest of the day. I seem to remember adding honey at first but then I got used to the taste.

I think its gross, ive been told if you leave it to go cold then add some cordial to it to make it more of a pop its a lot better, ive given up with it now, I just cant stomach it specially with the return of the dreaded Morning Sickness, good luck hun xx

I leave mine for 5mins before drinking, though I leave the teabag in while I drink. I also add one sugar.

Tis tasty. Don't be scared!!
