BFN 4 days before AF...is there no hope?

Even though I said I wouldn't I tested 4 days before AF is due and it said BFN

I'm really bummed about this...has anyone tested neg 4 days before AF and gone on to get BFP?

I'm the same (ish) technically if going by my normal cycles I'm due anything from tomorrow until 14th, but came on late due to stress in May so was the 18th.

But I am still getting BFN's.

Ill use my FRER about 2-3 days before period would be due as I can't afford to see a BFN haha, FRER are £8 for 2 where Internet cheapies only a fraction of that!

YES! I tested on the morning AF was due and got a BFN. I was so down about it. It was my third month on Clomid and I ringing my sister and telling her I was out for that cycle. Then after work two days later, it occurred to me that AF hadn't arrived so I did another test and... BFP!

There is still plenty of hope for you. Test again in another few days and update us. Fx for you.

yes!!... I didn't test pos till 12dpo (and it was very very light line... - had beta done same day and it was 23).... remember we cant be sure of when the little bean implants and only then do you get the preg test hormones.... try to stay positive... I know it sounds silly to some people who have been trying for a long time, but positivity really does breed positivity...
I know this, with DS I tried to fall preg for 4 1/2 years... it nearly did me in... and the one month I let go, I looked through the clouds and I just let go from CD 1 all the way to my BFP at the end of that cycle!!! everyone says it I know, but it truly did happen that way for me

I think sometime we all get so frantic about BFP's that we test earlier and earlier when our bodies have no chance of producing enough hGC to show up on the most sensitive of tests.
Its not over til AF arrives, so keep the hope alive and think positively xx
