Hello!

I'm 33yrs old and my DH and I have been TTC for 6 months. My Cycle has been regular 28 days - with a 4 day med-heavy-light Period. We did the BD a couple times during the Ovulation window this cycle so I had/have high hopes. And now My body and the test aren't speaking the same language.

13 Days PO Creamy Cervical Mucus
14 Days PO mid day I had some sudden cramps. noticeable not painful. Followed by what I could only describe as a period. Medium flow and Red. Now I don't ever start early nor do I start so suddenly & I normally Don't Cramp.
15 Days PO the Flow dropped to Light no pad Necessary; Several pee breaks
16 Days PO the flow stopped. I've never had a period this short or light.
17 Days PO TIRED is an understatement, I'd had a Good Nights sleep.
18 Days PO Moody... P!ssy Followed by Heartburn. I haven't had Heartburn in over 3 years. Felt Wet down there but lotsno apparent discharge.
19 Days PO BFN - (Digital early Clear Blue) Now I have some light Cramping and lots of Stringy cloudy discharge

Any suggestions?

I have heard that digis are not as sensitive. I think they need like 100 hcg in order to be positive. I would get a frer and check again. When was your period supposed to be?

Thanks. Should have started on the 31st.

I agree about trying a FRER. If that's negative I would try retesting in a couple of days as it can take hcg 48 hours to double. If you continue to get negatives and don't start, you may want to call your doctor and maybe they can do a blood test.

Is there any chance you could have ovulated a little bit later in your cycle?

Anything is possible, but I'm confident it was on or arround the 17th. Mild Cramping and lots of EWCM. I'm going to Wait a few more days and test again.

Good luck and keep us posted! I know it can be frustrating :hugs:

Thank you for the replies and suggestions.

I'm now 5 days past when I should have received my period. I haven't had any more spotting or bleeding. I haven't taken another HPT. Mild/noticeable cramping continues along with (TMI alert) constant wet and occasional stringy globs of discharge.

If the bleeding last weekend was my period then this is in fact to much discharge for this point in my cycle. I called the Dr's office. expecting to receive the polite message to wait another week. Instead she's called in a Blood Test order. Good News I'll have an answer. Bad News... today is Friday and I probably wont get the answer till Monday/Tuesday.

Bright side... Bright side... the Dr's office is next to my husbands work. So I'll get to surprise him for lunch! Did you ladies tell your partners before you received your BFP?

I'm glad they're doing a blood test! The wait can be so hard. If you can't get your results until Monday or Tuesday, I hope you're able to find something to distract you :hugs: I'm praying you get some answers soon!

I didn't tell my DH for either before. The first one I had gotten it right before work and was going to think of a fun way to tell him that evening. He kept nagging me over the weekend saying "you're pregnant". I started spotting that afternoon (I think it was left over IB). He said it on the phone on his way home and I started crying and told him what was going on.

#2 was surprise and didn't tell him until the next morning as I was too scared to tell him.

This one I'm not saying anything until after, provided we're successful as I want to do something fun to tell him this time.

Please keep us posted!

If I were you I would've done another HPT by now! I couldn't resist. But I understand if you're reluctant to get a BFN. Good luck!

If I get another BFP I want to find a cute way to tell DH too! Are there threads on this?! I should start one we can pool ideas

Its killing me not to test again! I told my self I'd test again on Sunday. That would be four days. I honestly called the DR because she's so busy its usually a week to two weeks before you can get 15 minutes with her. Didn't expect the Nurse to rally behind me and ask her for the Blood Test!

I don't know if there are any threads on the fun ways to tell the husband. I will say that thinking of fun ways if I am is what gets me though the wait. (downside is you can only choose one awesome idea when it happens!)

Well I did the blood test today. Now more waiting till Monday!

Another day of constant cramping, Random wet and stretchy discharge, the girls are kind of firm sensitivite, and God love my husband I lost my Sh!t because he moved some curtains, then cried watching the CMAs on DVR.

Told my self I'd take a FRER in the morning!

Did anyone else have constant cramping? It's not painful, just strong enough to make you tense up your core muscles.

Negative FRER this morning. Just feels like someone's crushing me! It's going to be a long day! I think I'm going to go back to bed!!!!

:hugs: I know this is hard :hugs:

Cramping can be common early in pregnancy. Thinking of you and I'll be keeping fx for you. Please keep us posted :hugs:

IDK if this is to much posting... But thank you for reading! Just the simple task of recording my thoughts seem to bring piece of mind.

This morning was devastating. I still have hope though, as today continued with cramping and excessive discharge. Clear and stretchy though.

Hopefully this time tomorrow I'll have a good answer!!!

It's not posting too much at all! We're all here for the same thing, and it can be an exciting, devastating, and emotional journey. It's what we're all here for.

Sometimes just getting your feelings down and out there can help relieve some of the intensity of those feelings. I know this place has helped loads for me.

Try to hang in there and update when you can. Keeping fx and hoping for great news tomorrow. Either way we're here for you :hugs:

:BFN:

I really thought I'd be crying my eyes out... IDK why I'm not. I was so certain but yet so confused.

The Nurse said it so nonchalantly, that I honestly was just taken back. I mean its not like its a death notice... so i don't expect decorum but, dang way to crush a girls hope and keep on rolling. (I'm not mad at the nurse, I have high respect for them... i guess mad is easier to process than disappointment)

I guess I'll need to make an appointment soon to figure out at the very least whats causing the cramping. Which i still have this morning.

I'm sorry barker :(

I wish I had something comforting to say, but I know at a time like this there isn't much to say that can help. I think your reaction is normal though, about the nurse. If you're hurting it's hard when someone seems so indifferent.

Please keep us posted on what happens with your appointment once you get one. Thinking of you :hugs:

No such thing as posting too much. Sometimes it's what gets you through.
I'm sorry :( and yes, I think the nurse should've been sensitive about it.
Let us know re appointment x
