Bfp after ectopic... Twins!

I had an ultrasound today to rule out an ectopic because of right side pain. I had an ectopic pregnancy last month and lost my left tube. I found out I was pregnant on April 1 and today at my ultrasound, I found out that I ovulated from the side with no tube and still managed to get pregnant and possibly have twins. I only measured 4 weeks 5 days, but there are 2 sacks. One is a definite bean and the other has a good chance of being another bean since my numbers went from 1059 to 4856 in 48 hours. I will know for sure in 2 weeks!

I had EP Feb 2014 and just got BFP this week....early scan on 11th May and so scared
