Bfp following chemical last month

I took a cheapie test this morning and there was a faint line (I actually dipped it then got in the shower because I thought it would be a BFN. Then I got out and looked at it and was shocked!) took a FRER to confirm, and sure enough it's real. Started my Prometrium again and getting my blood drawn in the morning for an HCG level. Woohoo!! I haven't even told DH yet, lol. I had a chemical last month so I'm still really cautious and reserved about it. Don't want to get too excited to have my hopes crushed again.
