BFP for baby #2 - first cycle trying after 14 months 1 mmc and 1 cp to baby #1

I’m shaking, I’m so nervous. I could really use some support. I don’t have a good feeling this time but idk if it’s intuition or because only one of my three BFPs resulted in a baby when ttc#1.

This time I went back to our RE straight away and I’m on the same hormones I was on for DD. My TSH was good this time though, so no levo. Going in for bloodwork as soon as I can today so we can sort out if this is a viable pregnancy sooner rather than later.

Here is the test:



I’m 11 DPO and this looks more like 9 DPO with DD, but I am counting things a bit differently since I didn’t do bbt this time.

Guess I just need to take this one day at a time and see how things go. I have two lines, I guess I’m pregnant, but for me I know all too well that doesn’t mean a baby in my arms. EDD would be 3/31/18.

You pobably just implanted a few days earlier with DD. Huge congrats leson!!

I didn't have a mc but it took 18 months to conceive dd. 4 months halfway trying, then 1 month really trying and I'm now 6 weeks. It happened much easier. Also, you are taking meds to keep things under control. Lots of sticky baby dust!

Leson yes it is hard to believe. I've heard a lot of stories though of those struggling to conceive #1 had an easy time with #2. I've also heard the reverse.

Anyways, I'm very happy for you. Have you told DH?

Yes, I had to have him look at the IC and tell me I wasn’t seeing things this morning. Pretty sure he’s on cloud 9.

Hcg is only 11 but progesterone is 28. Will just have to hope it’s super early and test again on Saturday.

Hcg of 11 at 11dpo doesn't sound far fetched to me. It's got to start somewhere. Here's to doubling with Saturday's result.

Hcg 188 so near tripled. I think I still need to see it a bit higher to feel reassured, but P and E2 are good and tripling is good! Focusing on that 🤞

Yea I was thinking about it and maybe I’m only 14 DPO, and by then they just want a number over 100...or let’s say you were at 100 at 14 DPO and doubling so you’d be 200 at 15 DPO, we’ll even if I am at 15 DPO, I’m on track to surpass that.
