Bfp on asda own brands and frrr - unplanned so not sure how far gone :/

Hi, my periods aren't overly regular, normally around about 35 days, after working it out last 2 cycles were 29 days and 33 days ...
Lmp was 8th Feb
Unprotected sex (oops) on 25th Feb,

Bfp on an asda normal test and an asda digi on the 16th March

Brown bloody discharge on 18th

Asda tests don't seem to have much progression but this morning I did a fr rapid result too and the test line was darker than the control!



Still not sure how far gone I am

If 2/25 was the only unprotected sex, that's most likely the sperm that did it. Especially since it was cd17. You probably ovulated within a few days of that based on previous cycle length and sperm longevity. Ovulation day is considered two weeks pregnant, which puts you at 5w2 days give or take. That fr rapid result looks just about right for that gestation. How long ago were the other ones taken? I'd expect them to be darker if they were recent. Just saw when they were and actually clicked on it, they look fine. The trick to comparing them is only compare every other day. Hcg takes 2-3 days to double so it's harder to see if you compare daily. But there is clear progression to me. If you are worried, I would call your doctor and just explain and ask for a serial beta blood test. It's a little early for an ultrasound, I'm not a fan of going in before at least 6.5 weeks. Low risk in the us don't even schedule until 7-9 weeks. Hope that helps!

I worked it out to be 5 ish weeks, 5+5 by lmp
4+5 by a 35 (normal?) day cycle
The asda ones were 16th, 17th, 18th and 20th, have one left which I might do on weds or Thurs if I can hold out til then but the frrr made me feel a bit better about everything going Ok, as had 2 chemicals as well as my 2 healthy pregnancies, especially as frrr is less sensitive x
I won't get an ultrasound til the beginning of May probably, as in the UK, we don't get a scan til 12 weeks, unless bleeding or no idea when last period was.

Well, I had a private scan yesterday and measured at 7+2 So earlier than I thought!
So the really dark frrr was at 4+3!?!

Early scans can be a day or two off with sizing so you still could be a little further along but either way, congrats!!

I have really dark lines at 4+3 dating scans this early will only ever be out by a day or two in most cases.
