BFP on my 30th Birthday... feeling cautious...

I got my BFP on the 23rd, which was my 30th birthday. What an amazing gift! I have learned though, to be cautious with excitement, because I've have 2, possibly 3 early losses, all before conceiving my son (who will be turning 1 next week). My test lines barely got darker. I was using "Easy at Home" pink dye tests from Amazon, and tested on FRERs, and those lines look to be staying the same. I know from experience that lines that don't get darker or stay the same are usually not a good thing. I've spoken to my doctor, I could go in for blood work, but that's just as much waiting, so I don't think I'm going to go in until 5 weeks, if I make it... Please wish me luck that this is a sticky, healthy baby. I feel good at least knowing my body can support and create a perfectly healthy baby, but I really don't want to have to go through the same hoops I did to get my son.

Thank you both! I am very hesitant to be happy yet though, like I said, I'm not really seeing progress in my lines.
