Can you use the newborn bibs when you start weaning?

We have these: https://www.mothercare.com/Mothercare-Newborn-Bibs-10pk/dp/B001E8B7L8?_encoding=UTF8&#productInfo and LO's neck is still well within the confines of the velcro fastening, so I would rather use them if I can, but I'm worried that they aren't equipped for solids.

I realise that when she's feeding herself I will have to get different ones, and I have bought a rubber scoop bib, but in the beginning when I'm spoon-feeding, I assume they will be okay?

they will get very stained lol but they are fine to use :)

Yeah, I thought about that, and I don't like that they will look gross, but suppose it's not that important at the end of the day

most of the stains come out with afew washes and a stain remover but things like tomatoe sauces are a right pain.

if ur bothered about them getting stained let her eat in just a nappy, i had to do that with zane afew times as he was far too messy
