I wish I knew the answer to this question. I am stuck between three (almost) possible ovulation dates, CD13/20 and now upcoming I think.
OPKs are great if they are positive, tells you that ovulation will happen in 12-36 hours. Temps may help with a dip but you may have multiple dips like me then trust that and miss out on later dips meant to acutally be your ovulation one!
I guess my answer would be OPKs? Stinks because mine are all negative!

I do get a +ve OPK on cd 16/17 but I read somewhere that it does not mean that I Oed. It could just mean that I had a LH surge. Then we have your example of fluctuating temperature, thats why I am confused ................ how does some1 know for sure that they Oed.
