Birth information. What did this mean?

On the slip that says the details in his birth it has his weight, height how I'm feeding him, apgar score etc. But where it says type of delivery it says NSUD. What does tgis mean? Thank you.

I've only heard of "nsd" which stands for "normal spontaneous delivery". The "u" could stand for "unmediated"? Did you have a natural birth?

I found it out, the nurse who wrote it made it look like a u, but it was a v. Natural spontaneous vaginal delivery, thank yoy!
