Birth plan for elective c-section???

Do you still write a birth plan for c-sec??

Just I'd like to put down my preferences for being talked thru procedure as it happens and skin-to-skin and breastfeeding wishes.

Yes, most definitely you still write on whether you wish baby to be fully BF or mixed with formula or both, if you want baby to have the Vitamin K shot, vaccinations before leaving hospital, etc.

God I was thinking this this morning, I was talked through my emergency c sec and also the siting of epidural and it really helps keep me focused and calm. Im having elective c sec tomorrow and going to ask for same. The midwives even talked me through my internals and sweeps haha!I dont know somehow it makes things much calmer for me!
