i used to love watching birthing programmes but i havent watched any this time..... so i just thought i would have a sneaky peek on the internet to have a look (dont know why!!!)

I found 1 and although she looks to have a good birth, dosent look like she tears or anything (it's was mega close up) ..... it's freaked me out BIG TIME. Such a big head ..... for a small little hole... arghhhhhhhhhhhhh why did i have to do that???

No worries! Not like i can not do it anyway is it.... what goes up, must come down!!!!

LOL! never thought of it like that!!

You know the birthing stool that was in the video, has anyone used these in the Uk?

They put you in the ideal position to give birth as easily and painlessly as possible but I'm not sure if the nhs have them as I've not seen them before.

I've not seen one but yes i do think they have them ... i quite fancied the thought of one too... although last time the most comfy position for me was on the bed, i didnt want to move a anywhere.

Yeah I know but then again with my first I didn't know much about ideal positions. The thought of literally squatting using the strength in my legs seemed like a joke but the birthing stool looks to me like I could try it if available.

I know what you mean.... i wanted something to push against last time. DH ended up at the bottom of the bed pushing against my legs!!! attractive sight for him!!! lol

to use the stool and the floor sounds like a good idea.
