:/ Il be interested to hear - i think theyre bigger than gym balls but i could be wrong . My gym ball only holds up to 79kg and ive just surpassed that XD

i think they are, I'd say they do the same job to be honest. I borrowed my sister's exercise/gym ball when I was pregnant, couldn't see the point in going out and buying a birthing ball when gym balls are the same. But yeah don't know if they're actually exacly the same thing.

I think they are.. You can buy gym balls in different sizes anyway so I would assume so.. I brought a gym ball it was only a fiver. Birthing balls just seem to be gym balls with a higher price tag but they do exactly the same thing

Yeah I looked and they came in the same sizes and everything as the birthing balls so must be pretty much the same.
