Biscuit(rusk)+milk

When disolving a biscuit with milk how much biscuit and milk do you give?
Skyler hasnt gained much weight the past month.The doctor says it's normal,they sometimes slow down and speed up again.I am thinking maybe my milk is not fatty enough as I have been on a diet?It's a healthy diet for breastfeeding mom but still.....

Ella is formula fed so its abit different but im sure your milk is perfectly fine , i put one rusk in and add the milk and keep stirring to see when you think the right consistency you want it for LO.
