Black on gum?

Looks like a hole in the picture to me? I would take them to see the dr. Can you get birthmarks in the mouth? Wild guess but maybe something like that? I would get it checked out though. X

I think it looks like a blood blister. Does he suck hard on bottle or breast? We recently moved our baby onto bottles as I developed terrible sciatica from a disc bulge in my back and can no longer sit to feed her without excruciating pain and she gets blisters on her lip as she latches so hard on bottle. If not gone in a few days take him to doctor to be on the safe side.
