Bladder pressure and urethra pain

Today and last night I am feeling a lot of bladder pressure and my urethra hurts when the baby is moving around down there. I keep feeling like I have to pee, but then not a lot comes out. It doesn't feel like a bladder infection, but I am going to get some test strips today. I tested this morning and had some white blood cells, but the strips were old and I didn't do a clean catch...which has made a big difference in the past since I have a lot of discharge since being pregnant. The pressure and discomfort is a lot worse when I am walking or standing rather than sitting. It usually doesn't bother me when I'm sitting or laying down. COuld this just be from the baby? Or is this more of a sign of some infection? THanks!
