Bleeding 3dp6dt

I woke up at 4.30am to pee and notice bright red blood on the tissue paper and in the toilet! It eased off after that and now in just getting light brown spotting when I wipe. I had 2 x blastos transferred on 19th, it's now the 26th.. Could It be implantation bleeding??
I am using crinone gel so should get my period this early??
Anyone know what this is ? I'm going crazy!!

Hi, sorry to hear as I know this can be stressful! I had brown bleeding then bright red bleeding for an afternoon at 10dp3dt. I thought I was out for sure as I'd never heard of it being bright red.

But I am now 12 weeks.

We had 1 embryo transferred, on a fresh ICSI cycle. Good luck!!
