Bleeding after BD

I had some bleeding after DH and I BD at 4 weeks and after having a previous loss I am so scared to BD again for a long time! DH is very understanding as it shook us both when I had the bleeding we both thought it was over. I'm now 5+3 and I have a scan booked in at 7 weeks so we are waiting until at least then, but I know I'll still freak out the next time we BD. Anyone else have this happen or have the same fears?

It's very common so early and unless your dr has specifically told you not to, there's no reason why you shouldn't have a normal sex life if you both feel like it

There's no substantial evidence to say that it would cause a problem, either now or at 7 weeks

Spotting around 4/5 weeks can be common regardless of having sex
