Bleeding red in week 5. Anyone have any success stories?

Yeah there were two heartbeats although the dr said the were a little slow but she only said that to my husband not to me. She said it in Japanese. My husband only just brought it up today. Yesterday I thought it was a good heartbeat. So now I'm worrying again also still have the clot and it's relatively big. It feels like a never ending battle.
