Blocked Duct...help!

I need you advice please. I think I have a blocked duct...what can I do to heal it? The problem is we're not BF anymore, due to numerous problems, which incudes DS CANNOT latch on to the breast that has the blocked duct thanks to an inverted nipple...and my nipples are extremely sore from pumping and I really don't want to go back on the pump. What can I do to releave the blocked duct?

Try a hot water bottle to start. And keep massaging it. Hope you figure it out.

Thanks for your advice ladies! DS and I had to go to the doctor for him yesterday and she was nice enough to take a minute and check it out and it turns out I'm only engorged, it's not a blocked duct. She gave me some advice and I feel much better today!
