Steam - try steaming up the bathroom and sitting in there for a while.

Or Olbas oil on a hankie tied to the top of the cot... not too near his head!

Hope Ollie gets well soon. We're still waiting for Tobi's first cold, keep thinking he has one and within a couple of hours there;s nothing wrong!

hes been really good with it actually but its such a wee shame they're just too small to be coughin and sneezin

thanks for the steam advice ill do it tonight steam the bathroom before he goes for a bath

he managed to get some out there so hes sleeping xx

calpol do a really good saline nasal spray that worked really well when lily had a cold hope your little man is better soon x x x

The calpol plug in vapouriser thing is really good for at night, only thing that worked when Olivia had a cold. Hope he feels better soon
