Blood clot, no bleeding? Worried :(

From cd 20 of a 30 day cycle I've had very light pink spotting on and off, very small amounts and only when I wipe. I've been to see my GP who has taken a blood test but I don't get the results until tomorrow.

The past couple of days the spotting had stopped - until last night when I went to the toilet and a blood clot, about an inch and a half long came out, but I wasn't bleeding at all. This morning, there is light brown when I wipe but it's not af. I'm due for af in a couple of days...

I tested bfn about cd 23 and haven't tested since. I doubt I'm pregnant, with all this spotting but I'm really worried about the clot. Has anyone else experienced similar? Should I be concerned?
