Blood spots?

So im unusually wearing white knickers and noticed 3 tiny blood spots.
Should i worry?

Id say no, but im no doctor.

I had this a fair few times, in my first pregnancy i was told the blood sacs on your cervix can randomly burst which causes the blood spots on underwear.
