Blood test for a regular check up?

I have a regular check up on Wednesday, it's not a gyno just a regular doctor. Do you know if they'll take blood and test for pregnancy? Or even ask about sexual activity at all? It's been years since I've had one and there's a chance I may be pregnant but I needed a blood test so I was wondering if they do that there? Thanks!

Might as well ask. I am a military spouse so we can just ask for it, but I dont know how it works for the rest of the world.
