Blood test question

Hi, we are currently ttc while bf and I havent had af yet. I've not been feeling well lately, I'm dizzy, feeling faint and really tired all of the time. I went to the docs earlier and he took blood saying it could be anaemia or a thyroid problem. If I am pregnant (I think there's only a small chance, if any), would it show on normal blood tests? The doc said he would check for a few things,including full blood count and thyroid.
