bloody show & cramps

Im 35+6 and had a heavy bloody show and cramping early this morning.
cramps were on and off for a few hours but stopped now. Also cleared bowels 3 times this morning.
Im off work today anyway but not due to finish til next week. I know labour may not be until another couple of weeks but worried now as still not ready!
anyone else had this?

Yes I've had this just over a week ago I had a show with cramping and everything and ever since ive been cramping and loosing plug. I think it must just be getting ready for labour just not sure how close it means it is?! Lol I'm not ready either- far from it lol

For your plug to be lost you must slightly have dilated. sounds like your body is changing getting ready ^_^
