I sometimes get a tiny drop but not 'leaking' as such dont know if it means anything or not, if its a lot I would probably see the Dr though, unless you have stopped breastfeeding or something fairly recently.
If you were pregnant before, you may always have that little bit of milk though not notice it. So don't be alarmed it could be normal for your body. Unless puss colored, smells funny, or is blood most doctors wont even care. Regardless of breastfeeding or not, you still produced milk.
I stopped breastfeeding 15 months ago but I can still squeeze drops out anytime. Whenever I get pregnant again I'm going to ask the midwife about it, but I'm assuming it's normal!
I can squeeze a drop of colostrum from my right nipple, DS is 16 month old and I only breastfed 3 days as he went into scbu for severe jaundice. Not sure why I still get it and ive had bfn so think it must be normal for me. Even had it while on cerazette
