I went out and bought bigger, softer and more supportive bras. Although they still hurt if I bounce down the stairs too fast, generally its made things better. They really ache when I take my bra off at night though and I'm tempted to start sleeping in them too
I hate sleeping in bras but I have been for the past 2 weeks and they are still flippin sore. I dont even think they are getting bigger there just swollen. Is there not a sore boobs be gone cream out there
I've been sleeping in a bra. My boobs were pretty big to begin with, so when I sleep without a bra, they can get pinched or laid on funny. The bra kind of keeps them in place, and minimizes the pain. (For now. I'm not feeling a TON of pain, it just hurts when I take my bra off and let 'em hang loose.)
Im a hh but I still sleep better without a bra. My nipples are always hard too. TMI but before bfp they only came out when with OH. After I have this baby im going to create a breast soothing ointment because im miserable.

My boobs are big to begin with but now they are huge. I found that running hot water over them helps and wearing supportive sports bras. I also sleep in them too. And sleep with a pillow underneath them. If I don't I'm in pain all night.
Sports bras are supposed to be good for support. Right now, I can only wear one bra because all the rest hurt. But if it is really bad, you might have to just wear a sports bra. Mine hurt so bad right now that I can't even touch them.
