Boys 12month fancy dress needed.

(Sorry admin I visited the Wanted section and it isn't very busy in there so thought I'd try here, move if inappropriate)

Looking for a fancy dress costume, character if possible for my 16month old next weekend. He is only just going into 12-18 clothes and I can't find anything preloved elsewhere. And I don't want to pay full price whilst he is inbetween sizes as it seems a bit of a gamble?

Can anyone help?

I made my son a pirate outfit recently for a fancy dress party. I got a babygro and chopped the feet off, drew some stripes on it with a felt tip. I then put a black waistcoat on him, one of mine actually cinched in with a couple of safety pins, stuck a skull and crossbones pictur I printed off the Internet on his back, and a buff/bandana round his head. He looked fab, it cost nothing, and it took about5 minutes! I looked in to buying a costume but I realised it wasn't worth the money especially for the e.g. Cutlass as he wouldn't carry it. X
