Brand New mummy here.. Scared!!

Hi.. ive been waiting ages to sign up to a site like this..

im 19 and about 8/9 weeks now.. scan at the end of the month and midwife next week..

any advice and friendly hello's would be nice =]

Dont be too scared, easier said than done, I know!

I had my first baby at age 20 and it was such a scary time, but I felt like if I looked after my body then my body wouldnt be stressed and then my mind would follow.... I'm trying to do the same now 10 years on and I'm pregnant with my third child. I find drinking plenty of water, eating as healthily as possible and light exercise (walking the dog mainly!) really helps

nap when you can tooo and dont feel guilty!!

Take it easy ....very exciting times :0)))))

Im sure everything will go fine and ur little one is heathly just remember dont get stressed or worried over it all.
