Braxton Hicks ??

Im only 19 weeks with my 4th baby and for the past few nights I have been having some Braxton Hicks

I really cant remember having them this early with any of my other pregnancy's and am just hoping that its not a bad sign .. Anyone else had them this early ??? Am I normal or should I be worried xxxx

What is braxton hicks? I no there practice contractions but what do they feel like?

I got an e-mail in saying that it should be happening, so I dont think its anything to worry about xxxx

I had them really early with my second - I was only 16/7 wks I think from memory

Thank you so much for your quick replies .. You will know if you have them, your belly goes really tight and very hard to touch ... but they do not cause any pain thats how u know the difference .. They can however be uncomfortable but not sore xxx

I've been having them on and off for the last few weeks but its worse when I'm tired or if I've had a bad diet (FIL's cooking = a handful of salt in the potatoes argh!)

As long as there is no blood then i'm sure it'l be fine!

I'm sure I started to feel them around 19/20 weeks.
As this is my first I had no idea what they were to start with and thought it was just baby moving around and stretching everything.
I'm sure it's nothing to worry about

I think i been having these too, at least i hope it is, it kinda freaks me out... If it bothers you too much make sure you ring your midwife. Hope your okay xx
