So sorry if this has been done before.
I am breast feeding and seem to be losing inches, but on the scales its not budging, so I was thinking of probably doing/trying sw but I am a ww gal at heart (gold member), but at the moment feel sw would fit in better with bf for me.
But, I haven't got a clue where to begin, and at the moment, cannot get to any meetings. I am quite good at dieting myself though, quite good will power, any help would be very appreciated. As would love to be a yummy mummy lol
