Breast pain - what's it like?

I don't get any breast pain during af so just wondering what it's like?

They just feel tender to the touch, whereas the rest of the month you wouldn't feel anything (like you could prod them or whatever and it wouldnt hurt) but AF makes them sore...is all I can describe it as. x

Thanks! I thought had sore boobs last night but this morning all seems normal so I might have created the pain in my head!
