breast pump question

do i have to sterilize the pump everytime i pump? can i add expressed milk to the bottle of already expressed milk cuz i can only manage to get a little bit out at one sitting then after the next feed ill pump again so can i just use the same bottle if its been in the fridge for a couple of hours??
