Since giving birth I had not really had any hormone issues but the last two weeks I had started getting really emotional and irrational and thought I might even be pregnant, I tested but :bfn:
I was at a friends for dinner the other night after a total melt down before hand, where I was crying and just couldn't stop myself from over reacting about something really tiny, anyway she told me that breastfeeding hormones really can make you all over the place.

I'm really surprised it took this long to hit me, but its been a difficult two weeks, I just get upset over silly things and know I shouldn't be upset or I start feeling down for no reason. I hope things settle down a bit soon.

Anyone else suffering these big hormonal changes?

Iusually chalk my emotions up to lack of sleep, more so than BFing.
