bright red/deep red bleeding 5dpo plus mydayschart is this a line?

Had period 9th through 15th. Had unprotected sex most days but on the 26th didn't pull out any (4 times) sigh) . Today I woke up with a lot of bright red bleeding. Clots too. I rushed to the er and they couldn't find a cause. They did a blood test and a pelvic exam and said everything looks fine. I took 2 hpts. One last night and one this am and both negative. Of course this doesn't sound like implant bleeding but if it is it wouldn't show on a hpt. Or blood test yet right? I don't know what to think or do. Anyone have any similar stories? I don't really have many symptoms I guess. I am tired but that's normal. I have cramping and I think my bobs are sore. They get a heavy feeling every once in a while but nothing like my first pregnancy

17th I had light pink spotting and lower back cramps plus aches in the lower front
