brilliant excuses your oh makes for not night feeding/generally helping out

i laughed to myself this morning at 5am when zakk woke up. i thought of all the women of bnb and the world who had had the same conversation.

my dh is looking after zakk today. arf like a baby sitter for christ sake.

so last night when zakk woke i said "is it my turn" hopefully. he responded "yes ive got him all day tomorrow"

oh ok then so sunday, monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday and friday night when i have him ALL DAY THE NEXT DAY you will do the night feed then?

best one from OH - I was listing some ebay stuff and asked him to be on boy duty for an hour - he was holding one and the other started crying - he looks at me I look at him he says 'how can I sort both out at once' ERRMMMM HELLOOOO WELCOME TO MY WORLD lol hehehehhehehe you gotta love 'em

Lol I can't complain mine does feeds and changes nappies, he does the last feed at night and I do the feed during the night, suits me as I'm asleep early.

Mine knows better to help it is our 4th lol

I get that all the time too. Bloody annoying and the problem is it's true!
I swiftly tell OH if he did it more often then LO would settle with him too

I never even bother to ask oh to do anything anymore as he huffs & puffs about it then acts like a martyr for doing one little thing for his daughter. It's easier to do things myself. & when bella only wants me, well, that's his fault for not spending time with her.

He acts as if his life hasn't changed at all. Right now, he's taking what will be an hour long bath after not having gotten up til 11am. I was up all night. The only time I ever get a bath is if she sleeps for a long stretch.

I don't mind doing everything for my daughter. I have issues with him making out he's a wonderful, doting father & boyfriend.

Ah what are they like haha , I look at it like iv 2 children to look after and the older one is worse than the new born. His excuse is Im in work all day and Im tired ggggrrrrrrrrrrr.
Left him to change a very runny nappy yesterday and he actually was begging me to help but I just walked away saying Iv to get his bottle , It was hillarious watching him panick hahahahah Revenge is sweet
