ok Ladies,

So I was mean't to tell you this a few weeks back so sorry I didn't.

Ok so every since I was younger I have terrible bad periods! So heavy and painful and used to (TMI) leak through all the time, even when I used two pads and a tampon!

So before my Grandad passed away (RIP Grandad) he had a lot of bladder radiotherapy which also caused the runs and my Nan went and got him the big male tena pads which also come in a huge pack (so wont run out anytime soon)
They worked amazing for my period and very very rarely leaked,

Ive already been stocking up! lol lol.. you can get up to I think 5 free samples (which is usually 2 pads or undies in each sample) per household year so I have been stocking up on free..and they also send you coupons with each sample so I am going to stock up on some undies and then each size of pads for as the flow gets less and less..I feel like an old person lol..

depends on the person but Id say normally yes, it can be rather heavy with clots, I think more so after a natural x

My friend said to double up on maternity pads or use two overnight pads, but those pads look so much better! I would feel safer wearing those

HellyWelly - some people are diffrent. A friend said she couldnt even adjust herself in her bed without it all going down her legs ect. And she had that for a week. Some people will only get it for a couple of days.
