How do you get the points? We are with British Gas but they haven't told us about this and we have a Nectar card.

does that mean normal customers wont get them on their bill? only if they have a homecare agreement?

I cancelled mine cos the engineer said I needed a new boiler £2-3k when I didnt.. I got the boiler fixed for £200 and wrote a strongly worded letter to British gas about that ..lol

I read on the website as long as you have a gas/electric account with them along with the other things you mentioned you get them.Plus you get extra points for having dual fuel.xx

I think a normal account for gas or electric means you will get them, it says Energy or Maintenance and Repair. We've got all three so I hope that means triple points! :haha:

yeah they are going there because E-on or EDF whoever it was has just ended their contract with them and instead now give customers a bigger discount
