Broken blood vessel on boob? Anyone else had this?

I've noticed a red mark on my boob this morning, it looks like a broken blood vessel to me and now I've noticed it, it's quite itchy.
Has anyone else had this?

I have one on my left boob. Like a little flat red freckle. Came at around 8 WK x
