Brown spots on boobies

    I went out shopping for bras today and whilst I was trying on I noticed that I seem to have developed brown spots around, and especially underneath, my nipples. They sort of look like freckles and I doubt they're anything scary but was wondering if anyone else had developed these. Am seeing my mw next week so will check with her but thought I'd ask on here in case I should be worried.

    I seem to have developed what looks like new freckles, I think its quite common, also got some new ones on my tummy x

    I got these in my 2nd pregnancy and are still there- have no idea what they are! Guessing something to do with the hormones changing the pigment in your skin?? Just wanted you to know your not alone! :hug:

    I have noticed I have them too, they are slightly raised, Im going to check with the MW next time I see her, Im sure its to do with our hormones, try not to worry too much, take care :hugs: XX

    Thanks for your replies ladies! Did think it was probably just a pregnancy thing esp. as they appeared on both boobs, but it's so reassuring to hear that you've had them too. Will ask my mw about them next week just so she can explain what's caused them but in the meantime won't worry about my new spotty boobies!!

    i just noticed them yesterday... and freaked out! thank god we all have them :):happydance:

    Yep totally normal due to hormones. I have them on my neck, boobs and some on my face. Veryyyy wierd

    I have got heaps (100+) on my boobs and belly - doctor said it was my hormones because I am having a girl?

    I've got them too, just assumed it was due to hormones changing everything.

    I have these and they seem to radiate out from my nipples, I figured it was a pigment thing because my nipples themselves haven't gone darker like they're supposed to, it's just the very outline and then these spots and patches.
