Brown spotting 2 days

I'm not ttc, not even wtt anymore but best to post here.

Af due around the 20th but last 2 days I've wiped a couple of times and had a very small amount of brown/red on the paper. Thought implantation but had that with both kids and it was bright pink. I've never had this before period starting as my cycles are usually full on and pouring from day one.

It could definitely be implantation, but breakthrough bleeding is also a possibility, especially if your last AF was really light.

Last af was usual, horrendous from start to finish. Have to use super pads, 2 at night from day 1 to 5 then it starts to become normal. My cycles for years were a mess so possibly just going back that way.
