I know there is nothing I can do if it is going to be a chemical, but I thought I would ask for some other opinions.

Had a test dry pink at 9dpo, and have had stronger positives every day. Today is 12dpo and I am skipping testing today, but my positive last night was faint but clear on $ tree. Planning to take a digital in a day or two. With that background, last night I wiped a bit of brown (3+4). It wouldn't worry me, but I am also having some light cramping.

It only happened 2x last night when I wiped, but I wasn't feeling great. I thought it had gone away, but this morning I noticed the tp was tinted brown again when I wiped. Still cramping lightly, so I am getting worried.

Is this going to end badly? I sure hope not.

Brown spoting is really common... my chemical last cycle started off orange and was red in few hours

About 25% of women spot during the first trimester. It's pretty common, and doesn't always mean the worst, even if there is some cramping. Keep checking those lines. If they keep getting darker, you're good. If they actually get lighter, then brace yourself.

Fingers are crossed for you!!!

Thanks, dill. I have had several negative digitals thus far and FINALLY a positive digital this morning. Lines seem darker, so I am feeling good right now. How long is it technically a chemical? Up to 5 weeks? Did I read that somewhere? Lol

I've been told that 5 weeks is the deadline for it to be considered a chemical. Not sure if that is a hard limit or not!
