hi, dear i just want to know did they gave u medications to increase estradiol level on before day10.. when they found it was low on CD3..
even if meds were not given then its in normal range..as intercycle variation is too much in estradiol level depending on follicle size and numbers.. so dont worry..

I was just on Clomid, 100mg days 3-7. They said my starting level of E2 (estradiol) was fine.. I am just concerned that I am not "where we like to see it" on CD 10 - as the nurse said. I don't get to go in for an u/s until I have a + OPK!!! Who knows when that will be!

since u were on clomid, they were expecting multiple follicles , so they were concerned and thought u r on low side.. good luck.. dont worry and take stress..lots of babydust to you..

no i don't temp. my dh feels if i do that i will be more stressed. as it is m thinking of ttc all the time. i don't know how to get rid of my stress and relax.... don't feel like doing anything or going anywhere....

Hi ladies.

I don't know what to make of this.

I had my CD 10 bloodwork done.. and my estradiol level was only 244. The nurse said that they typically like to see it above 300 on CD10.

She did say that when I came in on CD 3, my estradiol was at 27 and that this was a big improvement over 7 days, but "not quite what we want"..

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?? Don't they know that *now* is not the time to be vague about results?

(and I got a parking ticket ... in record time of 5 minutes. *le sigh*)


**Think I am going to ask this in the open too.. Curious to see what other Clomid groupies say..**
Anyone know or have what their levels were?

I took at peek at my Day 10 results today at the clinic. My day 10 Estradiol was 151. It didn't prevent my follicles from growing though. So, I wouldn't worry!! Have you gone back for monitoring since?

Day 10: Right 1.5cm, Left 1.4cm, 0.8cm, Endo 0.5
Day 14 (today): Right 2.4cm "hazy", Left 1.2cm collapsed, Endo 0.7

They said that according to today's blood work I am ovulating soon, so I don't need a trigger shot. I wonder whether the 1.2cm collapsed follicle ovulated, or just died?

I have not gotten a +OPK yet, but, I didn't do one today since I had the blood work early this morning.

I'm going to do my beta hcg test on June 25th, anyone with me?

I am 4 dpo and driving myself a bit crazy symptom spotting even though it is WAY too early!!! Feeling v tired and took naps in the afternoon on Sat and Sun which is unlike me, also feeling v bloated but these are probably symptoms of the Hcg shot and the clomid...Am going to try my best to hold out until 22nd June for testing

the follicle of 1.2cm must have ruptured and released egg, but that egg is very small to be fertilized.. ur 2.4 cm is hazy means u r either ovulating soon or just ovulated..ur endo 7 is thin like mine.. 7.8 on day 13, u from next cycle dont forget to get supplements to increase endo.. and normally it should be above 6.5 from implantation, so this time implantation is possible but do rememberthis point.. healthy endo on day of ovulation is around 10mm, any 9 mm and above is good and is considered highly concievable. lots of baby dust to u..

hi, ur and shona symptoms are very much same.... they are good.. i really wish its the bfp month.. both are tired and sleepy and bloated...
i am having wierd cramps in central region.. 1dpo today.. nothing else.. no sore breast or anything which i get on ovulation so m wondering.. and even my cm seems scanty in compare to ovulation.. i as silly forgot to temp in morning..
i will be going for day21progesterone check to confirm ovulation..

and he said test on 25th and get the report

but today i still had constipation.
and i had creamy cm today.. eww i hate it..

Good luck for your scan piya! Are you going to get ovulation confirmed? My doc didnt offer me that so hope the trigger shot did its job and I did actually ovulate...

Shona - great news! Hoping and praying that it turns into your bfp! Some of my symptoms have gone also but still feeling tired and been having (TMI) creamy CM since Sunday (but thats not that abnormal for me in the run up to af) and some very light cramping in lower belly. Had quite sensitive nipples since o but this seems to have mostly gone. Actually feeling a little less positive today as dont really have any symptoms.

The waiting is so hard! Me and dh are going away for the weekend so hopefully that will help take my mind off things a little bit...excited about that.

yeah, but my gyno told me to postponne scan for 1-2days, so we can know of ovulation confirmation.. as 48hrs are not past after my opk darkest positive then control.. so i will wait tomorrow...
